You will be encouraged to ask questions before, during, and after the sessions. Plus network with other investors! There will be a 1.5-hour call each week. In addition to that, you should plan to spend at least two to three hours outside of class on the homework. This class is designed to ramp up the time it takes for you to find, fund, and buy your first self-storage facility.
